I encountered some noise from trams at night, which affected sleep!!! The hot water seemed to run out faster than expected during showers!!! Perhaps they could address these minor annoyances to enhance overall comfort!!!

Comfortable and clean accommodation with a great location just minutes from the city center. Hosts were particularly helpful, making us feel welcome. a lovely touch was the complimentary drinks upon arrival!

Rooms can be noisy due to street traffic, which could disrupt your sleep if you're sensitive to sound. make sure to check the availability of hot water as it can be limited after extensive use.

Krakow's culinary treasures kicked off with nearby Relaks Cafe's cozy vibe and delightful pastries. Plus, those complimentary coffee and biscuits were a sweet touch! The room's spaciousness and infinite cleanliness were just icing on the cake.

While the hotel shines, I wish they could sprinkle in more staff presence to help during off-peak hours. Still, overall, we would give it 11 out of 10 if we could!

I was so thrilled to stay here but then a stainmark on my bedsheet made it feel like a motel, honestly. no one ever seemed to be around when I needed help. I expected a room upgrade, but apparently, that's just too much to ask for here. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Amazing stay with helpful staff!

The place was super cozy and really clean. The staff were so nice, they helped me check in late and were always smiling. I loved that coffee and tea were available 24/7, such a nice touch! Just wish the hot water didn't run out so quickly during showers.
